Dr. Ali Akbar passed B.D.S in 1986 from Govt. Medical College, Trivandrum. He then worked as a tutor in the department of Oral & Maxillofacial surgery at Medical College Hospital, Alleppey from 1987 to 1992. From 1992 to 2014 he worked in Saudi Arabia, and during this period successfully completed the course for FDSRCS from Armed Forces Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In 2002, he passed the qualifying examination and became a Member of American Society of Forensic Odontology. His field of special interest is Clinical manifestations of systemic diseases in oral cavity.
