He was a man of success and a wide-angled ideology who nearly single handedly laid the foundations of the now flourishing group and left us an illustrious legacy to hold up.

Established in the early 1960s, Polakulath Group today has spearheaded enviable success and reputation in many industries like Hospitality, Health care, Plantation holdings and Fisheries. Our rapid growth is attributable to the extraordinary visionary zeal of our founding chairman, Late Polakulath Narayanan, who was actively involved as Chairman of the Group until he passed away peacefully on 26 March 2009 at the age of 77.

From the humble beginning as a one-man enterprise, Polakulath Group under the able leadership of Late Polakulath Narayanan has grown in leaps and bounds expanding and diversifying into a range of business activities spanning the length and breadth of the state and is today one of Kerala’s leading corporate enterprises.

He was an outstanding leader and his farsighted strategies, work ethic, spirit and vision shall continue to guide the Group forward. He will be remembered by all whose lives he touched. He was not just a successful business man but also a philanthropist who led by example.
